Not all computer IT issues can be fixed remotely; particularly if your computer is not reliably connecting to the internet; or, cannot get through to its basic operation level.
If your requirements involve Domain Name Management, Website Hosting, Email Hosting, Printer Connection or Web Management services, Small Biz Support can most likely assist you via remote access; we are basically your IT department, on call.
Whilst we can assist you remotely for many of your issues, if you’d prefer for us to get to know you first and more about your business, we’d be happy to come to meet you for the first visit. There is a call-out fee, which we’d make you aware of depending on your location and our travel time.
